  The staff have always been pleasant and I love doing my workouts here. But you guys really need to do something about about the cleanliness of the locker rooms- at least the women’s! You used to have a roll of paper towels that we could clean up the water left on the floor when we walked into the locker area after showering Not any more. Now people with shoes walk through the water, leaving the dirt on their soles to mix with the water. The floors are dirty. Cleanliness has been a major complaint and you answer back how important cleanliness is to UFC Fit but nothing changes, so what’s with that?

  Absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve never encountered such a dismissive and disrespectful attitude from someone whose job is to help customers. Especially at a gym. The way the girl at the desk answers your questions makes you feel like you’re bothering her. She comes across as condescending, impatient, and almost as if customers are expected to already know everything before asking. If interacting with people feels like an inconvenience, perhaps customer service is not the right role. Professionalism and basic kindness are not optional, it’s your job. This isn’t the first time either. A bad day is one thing, a bad attitude is a choice.

  Well, I was shopping around for a gym. And this one looked nice, i'm an ex boxer of 12 years and thought it was cool to see a u f c inspired gym unfortunately after looking at the reviews i think I will take my money elsewhere

  The staff here are very rude and confrontational, especially the new operations manager Savannah. Savanna hung up the phone on me twice, yelled at me and was being very unpleasant to deal with. I have been a member here since 2023 and unfortunately have prepaid my membership until 2027. I regret this decision as the gym and staff have been steadily going down hill for a long time. DO NOT prepay a membership here because they will not reimburse you if you want to cancel early even if they are at fault. Very predatory practices and again, very rude staff especially the operations manager Savanah. I do not recommend.

  I cancelled my UFC Gym Puyallup membership on February 6 using my military orders, which qualifies for cancellation under their policy which is 21 days before their billing date. Despite providing all required documentation and canceling within their guidelines, I continued to be charged for months afterward. At $174 per month, these charges add up quickly. I’ve contacted both the gym and corporate multiple times. The gym says corporate handles refunds, while corporate says the location processes them. Every time I call, I’m told a manager will get back to me, but nothing gets resolved. I’m shocked that a franchise gym operates this way. I’ve also filed a complaint through the BBB. If you’re considering joining, be aware of the difficulties I experienced when trying to cancel and obtain a refund.
