  Gone here about 3 years and the basketball court is now a storage room for wrestling mats and ping pong tables as well as an mma classroom. Today i go in to hoop and i’m met with glittery streamers and what appeared to be a set up for a 5 year olds birthday party. outside of the basketball court treatment and the fact there is always something being sold near the front desk the gym is good but the quality has been dipping as time progresses.

  I would give this place zero stars if I could because they like to rob people! I just got off the phone with a lady that works there who is currently the new manager or claims to be... The gym sent me an email this month saying that I owe over $800! I canceled my membership several months ago and I have proof of it! She claimed that I did not cancel my membership and that she wouldn't do anything about the bill and she proceeded to try to tell and repeat to me that I did not cancel it when I did and I even have a response email back from UFC Fit corporate! One of the worst gym experiences I've ever had! All the nice gym equipment means nothing when there's bad customer service and only one location! The reason I was forced to cancel my membership was due to homelessness and even that was a pain in the ass because UFC fit Puyallup refused to cancel my membership so I have to contact corporate to do it! Even though I explained to UFC fit that I had no vehicle and was sleeping outside! They are trying to take money from a homeless person! I am definitely considering filing a civil lawsuit! Every time I call UFC fit Puyallup they tell me that their system is messing up or glitching. The previous manager named Cord claim the same thing happened while he was signing me up for the initial membership. He claimed to have put in a cancellation on that membership and then he proceeded to open me a new membership and said the other one wouldn't mean anything because it was his mistake and the mistake of their system supposedly glitching. They have since changed managers to a female manager whom now puts all the blame on the previous manager which is typical of businesses to do to try to save face when they know they've done wrong!

  I joined this gym in April, and I’m so happy with it! I started taking HIIT classes with Coach Terry - he is awesome & so encouraging. Then have been taking strength lab & glute lab with Kaylee - she is great about teaching us proper form. Recently started taking Cardio lab & glute lab with Jen as well - she has a lot of experience in the fitness world and pushes us to try heavier weights. And the latest is dance fusion (my favorite) - Candi & Mandy are so fun & energetic! They make everyone feel welcome & offer options for those who can’t do the high impact. So happy this gym has added classes in the studio! Keep em coming! 🙂

  Can we talk about DANCE FUSION?!!!!! HOLY SH!T! I am so happy I get to take a class with Candi & Mandy. Literally fuels my soul & its exactly what I need after lifting weights. The gym itself, spacious, clean, busy at certain times, but great equipment. My only complaint is: Another dance fusion on the schedule for weekends & MORE GLUTE MACHINES! Maybe it'll bring more ladies in, cause sheeeeeesh... too much testosterone in there. Love this gym & its even better with dance fusion.

  Ive been coming here for about 6 months when NW fitness decided to do us dirty and shut down with a one day notice. When I first came here it was clean, AND paper towels were always stocked. Now you come in and you have to go to paper towel dispenser to paper towel dispenser to find paper towels to clean the machines. The floor and machines are getting increasingly dirty, its so disgusting, the benches are looking run down and not kept up the machines are noisy and breaking down. The bathroom, showers, locker rooms, and sauna is gross makes me afraid to use any of it. The people at the desk arent friendly and talking to us now, often cutting us off and shoeing us away as if they are not allowed to talk about us. Which the front desk being personable was something that made me comfortable going here. Is this place under new management?Because its starting to look alot like NW fitness.. GROSS.
