  I was coming here to see Dr.Guray because my OB recommended her to me a couple years ago. She was great for the first couple of years. She is a doctor who would like to see you once every 6 months to a year. Maybe 9 month, I have a really bad cough, and was having a lot of mucus. It took me calling MULTIPLE times and messaging on mychart to have someone get back to me. I understand, being short staffed, but it shouldn't takes weeks. I got in where she got MAD at me for needing to come and complained to me for 15 mins about being short staffed. She than saw I had another appointment with another doctor...was like oh? Are you seeing them? I told her, "it's nice to have a second option or if you guys are too busy here. I can call them and get in." She got up, said "good! I am too busy to be seeing everyone. Too many people wanna see me. Don't bother making an appointment." So this is how you treat a patient that been seeing you for years? After, not following up, don't answer phones calls? And pulls your IUD and says it's fine and you don't need to see anyone unless you want too?!?!?? What......... I will never come here again. I don't recommend this place unless you're a healthy person who doesn't get sick or need to be seen at all. That's for making me have anxiety and to feel like worse than I have ever felt in years!!! It has taken me months!!!!!! To heal from my IUD and hormonal changes and everyday has been a fight or flight for me. I am so disappointed in how I was treated and won't want anyone special other women or girls to be treated like this. Don't recommend this place. Find another office.

  Dr. Guray is proactive, very knowledgeable, is kind, and listens. My mother and I have been her patients for many years and she is like a member of our family! Her staff is amazing! Taylor has the kindest heart and is an amazing nurse! Just talking to her relaxes you. Kevin at the receptionist desk is so calm and caring! He can always find you an available appointment and will follow up with you if he can get you in sooner. Dr. Guray struck gold when she hired Kevin. I absolutely love this clinic and I recommend it to anyone! The clinic is in a good location with its own parking lot and it is easy to get in and out of there. The waiting room is gorgeous and very comfortable. I felt very safe going there during covid.

  Always a good visit, office help so very helpful and Dr. Garrett always listens to your problems and gives you her undivided attention. Very satisfied with this clinic,would differently recommend this office and Doctors.
