Exceptional service! Dr Auyoung was amazing. Very calm presence, he also explained this so well and didn't mind taking his time. The gal that administers the tests was great and so was the receptionist. I also really appreciate the gal that helps you pick out glasses. She's so down to earth and very helpful.

Everyone was exceptionally nice, I have received care from this building for years and watched it go through changes in ownership, but it was great to have continuous quality care and treated as though they have known you for years even though they were all new

Very professional and quicker than I expected, with the latest technology. Everyone was very kind and helpful through the whole process. Plan on sticking with them for years to come.

My experience in 2025 with Dr. Clark was fantastic, this year on the other hand with my yearly visit with Dr. Noble left a lot to be desired. The appointment went okay, during the exam Dr. Noble clearly did not want to be there. I felt very rushed and my questions felt like I was burdening him. All he cared about was upselling eye cleaner. After my visit I met with the women in the glasses area, and asked for my prescription and told her I did not want to purchase glasses from them. She told me it would be emailed to me, and confirmed my email. I waited 3 days for the email and never got one. When I called to ask about it I was told it was uploaded to my "portal". I was never told about a portal, never got an email for a portal account or anything. After finally getting my prescription I noticed my numbers were way different than previous scripts so I called to discuss the changes as they were not discussed in the face to face. I was told that a doctor would call me back. The next day I received a call from a receptionist and was told that because I did not buy glasses from them, that they would not discuss my script with me, unless I came in and purchases glasses from them. I decided to buy glasses elsewhere with the script to see, and it was horribly off. I had to pay out of pocket for a second opinion from another optometrist, and they confirmed that the script that Dr. Noble wrote me was wrong. I am very disappointed as Noble charged my insurance for a visit, and would not help me when I questioned their work. I would not recommend them. Poor customer service, especially if you question their work.

After two years being a patient and bringing my family here, this was the final straw and we’ll be going elsewhere. I recently took time off work and pulled my son out of school for his 10am appointment, only to find out it had been canceled. They said they left a voicemail two weeks prior, but I never received it, and no effort was made to confirm or contact me the day of. At the rescheduled visit, we were seen on time, but the doctor never came in. The assistant completed the exam, then returned to say the doctor reviewed everything and we could leave. No interaction, no explanation, nothing. We’ve spent thousands on Ortho-K care here, and this level of service is unacceptable. Very disappointing.
