- LKLorraine Kvamme5 days ago1.0Very disappointed don't even deserve one star my friend went to get glasses adjusted was customer someone was adjusting them and crack her lense she came back not long after that she confronted the person they didn't acknowledge it was their fault all she wanted was a new lense they said her glasses were too old then she said she wanted to buy them herself said had to buy in pairs so they lost her as a customer

Proceeded to ask me if I 2as there for a glasses exam. I replied no. Then asked if I was there for a contact exam and I said no. I am here for an eye exam. The lady said we'll is there anything wrong with your eyes? I explained i wear contacts, and. I have a current prescription, but with new insurance, and relocating i felt an eye exam local to me would be best. Then was told I would have to pay extra for a contact exam, that was never told to me over the phone. Then the lady who took me back tried to make me feel stupid for wanting an eye exam and them not explaining charges to me. Will never return. Complete waiste of my time, and made me miss work for the appointment. Now I'm out my time and lost wages. Would love to bill these people for the complete waiste of time and fuel.
