- KIkess ichi4 days ago1.0Just as bad as the Tacoma location, better of staying at pearle vision you’ll have a much better experience. Front staff was nice, sexton group is the problem. Arrived 8 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway and they considered it more than 10 mins. No exceptions just wanting the $75 fee. Seems like they are just scamming to get paid in the fees

She is an exceptional vision specialist who took the time to make sure that we received the best service. Because my husband had an astigmatism in his right eye she suggested that we return to our vision provider and have his prescription rechecked and that prompted another eye exam. The new exam indicated a more severe astigmatism in his right eye which explained the reason for the severe blinding star bursts while driving at night. Taylor reordered his glasses and we are waiting for the new ones to arrive. Thank you very much Taylor for helping my husband correct his vision with better lenses.
