  I went to get my ears tested on Wednesday and I found out that have to wear hearing aids in both of ears I was shocked that I had to wear hearing aids United healthcare Ashley called me today and Ashley said Laurie you have a copay with your insurance hopefully It won't be a big copay because if it is I won't be able to pay my copay and I will have live with out my hearing aids lauriealvaro .

  I see Deb at Puget Sound Hearing in Puyallup. Very friendly and professional. I received my Phonak Audéo Infinio Ultra Sphere I90 hearing aids last July 2025. Thankfully I have great insurance. These are the top of the line HA and work great. Even connect to my cell to steam music, make calls, etc.. I love having an app on my cell to connect and change settings if needed. While on vacation last fall my left HA was lost. I finally called this month (March) and found out I was able to get it replaced under a warranty. I received my replacement March 18, 2026. Thank you for wonderful service and providing the best product.
