  I went in yesterday to get some collagen powder due to my excessive chronic health problems finally found a product that would work well for me. There was a sale going on. Buy one get 150% off mix and match for products when I went up to the counter the man tried to charge me full price for two items, and even when my husband turned around and tried to point and show him and take a picture and show him the ticket of the sale price. He called me and my husband, a liar told us that we were wrong and it’s buy one get five, which is completely out of control and makes absolutely no sense. He was rude. Disgusting absolutely did not act like he wanted to work there I don’t remember the name of the employee at the Pullman, Washington GNC location but he was a tall kid redhead glasses very rude smelled absolutely disgusting and was not a very good employee representative of the company. Yes we did handle it and contacted corporate and they are going to be handling. A major large filed complaint I have received an outstanding credit balance for the incident and how I was treated, and we will be pursuing this further and taking it up with corporate to the higher amount. Shame on you, Pullman, Washington GNC location. Your employee was absolutely the worst human I’ve ever met in my entire life and I will not be returning and I will be telling friends and family to not visit the Pullman Washington GNC location.

  This place has what it has. You know, like whatever they have in there inventory. The staff most often knows a little about the items, but it's the customer that has to know what they want. I'm sure their stuff is probably okay.

  The staff is always happy to help and full of helpful information on any subject that you need. I've never had a bad experience going into this GNC. My favorite store for sure.
