Would go days without being able to get out of bed. I've had great improvement since seeing Dr. Crystal. I hadn't tried any other remedies prior, but since, I have also gotten two amazing massages with their masseuse which left me feeling awesome! My best experience was being able to see Crystal during my pregnancy. My hips were off with my first pregnancy. Having my hips adjust did wonders!
