  I absolutely love my dentist and hygienist. What really is making this rating three stars is not the service from Dr.Winters but rather the unprofessional front office staff, to be met with an attitude of defensiveness and not collaborative attitudes to finding ultimately the best solution is a major turn off. I think that one front office staff member is kind and helpful but the other one is frankly very unprofessional and rude to talk to. I work that industry as well and it is very unprofessional to talk rudely to your customers.

  I am not the biggest fan of dental work but Dr Winter and staff were just fabulous! The minute you walk in the office, they make you feel comfortable. The Dr and assistant were professional with a gentle touch and explained everything . They also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire visit!

  Dr. Winter and his staff are always so sweet and generous. Friendly and caring. Always looking out for their clients well being. I have been with West Side Family for over 30 years. I absolutely love their high technology tools they have when getting a teeth clean or a cavity repair. I highly recommend them!! I had a short moment where my insurance coverage switched and I had to switch dentist for half a year. SO SCARY!!! Nothing like the enjoyable times at West Side. One thing I heard is people don’t like going to their dentist. NEVER the case with West Side. Recommend for any and all ages!!!!!!!
