They were friendly and professional throughout and the end result was a STELLAR set of dentures that didn't have to be resized over and over in order to fit properly. They took their time with the impressions and fittings so that the end product turned out FANTASTIC. This Mother & Son prosthodontist team really knocked it out of the park and the result was a great set of dentures! Thank you so much

While one front desk representative was notably respectful, caring, and courteous, even in light of a previously missed appointment, another interaction was highly unsatisfactory. Specifically, when attempting to reschedule an appointment due to a critical change in public transportation schedules – which would have left me without a ride home after a 6:20 PM appointment (a time that itself raised concerns given the online closing time of 6:00 PM) – I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response. The staff member stated, "we are not gonna reschedule your appointment don't argue with me." This level of discourtesy is unacceptable and stands in stark contrast to the positive experience I had with another member of your team. I cannot recommend this establishment to others who expect consistent, respectful, and professional treatment from all staff members.
