- CLcourtney long4 days ago5.0I recently had a minor eye emergency, which unfortunately happened right before a holiday, and every other eye clinic in town was closed. I called Valley Vision as a non-patient, and they got me in immediately! Not only was I able to be seen right away, they also provided some of the best patient care I have ever experienced. From the front desk to the the doctor, everyone I encountered was friendly, kind, and accommodating. I had a fair amount of nervousness due to the uncertainty of what was happening with my vision, and Vanessa (the optometric technician) went out of her way to put me at ease, including ensuring that all of my questions were answered, without ever making me feel like I was an annoyance or a hassle. Dr. Lorig provided a thorough exam, also allowing time for any and all questions, and just like the other staff, was incredibly friendly and reassuring. It was a pleasant surprise and such a relief to receive such excellent care, especially on a holiday weekend! I highly recommend Valley Vision to anyone seeking eye care. My only disappointment is that they don't accept VSP insurance- otherwise I would have switched my routine vision care to their office.
