  The line at this pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. They have multiple cash registers, but they only staff one person.

  I give this pharmacy one star for convenience, but no stars for customer service. The people that help at the counter are unfriendly and the wait line is long and slow. I just went to get a flu shot and the gal behind the counter told me that I shouldn't be reading the previous persons form that the customer service gal was completing right in front of me. I was not reading the form, but staring down wondering if I was going to need to fill out the form for my flu shot. I left. That was the last straw. I will be moving my pharmacy needs to Hilltop Pharmacy where they are friendly and act glad to see you.

  I’m seriously extremely frustrated. My mom’s Dr. called her 2 prescriptions in Oct 1st. I went to pick them up on Oct 2nd. Stood 30 minutes in line to be told my prescriptions weren’t filled. I said I would come back later in the late afternoon. Waited 45 minutes to be told they aren’t ready yet. I was told to wait. They filled one prescription and not the other. Told me to come back the following day. I return the following day. Again I waited 30 minutes to be told they couldn’t fill the prescription until Oct 12th. Crickets. No notification of prescription being filled. I return on October 17th at 1:30. Pharmacy was closed for lunch I then waited 25 minutes once they opened. Prescription wasn’t filled. In fact pharmacist had to come out to help cashier as she couldn’t find the prescription. They asked if I wanted to wait. I said no. Will it be ready on Sunday? Yes. Today again crickets. What has happened to Haggen Pharmacy? They are holding my mom hostage who is 90 with her pain management. This is seriously the very worst customer service I’ve ever experience.

  Multiple times I have got to the front of the 30min long line for them to tell me to come back in 45min. I'm currently in hour 2 of waiting for baby antibiotics. Honestly, it's me that's the idiot for coming back to this place more than once.
