StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Maple Valley offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Im going to continue treatment for a bit to increase my overall flexibility. The staff and owner have been fantastic, very professional and showed concern for for my well-being.

Nothing has given me back mobility in my hips than this and i've only been there once. Front desk agent at check in was very sweet and enthusiastic about the Lab! My guy, I'm. so sorry I don't remember his name but he was so kind and explained what we were doing so well. I felt very comfortable and am very excited to return and experience more mobility and relief! Thank you for an awesome intro session. There should be a stretch lab in every town!!
