The untrained staff at the front is rude and inconsiderate. The pharmacist is dismissive and not willing to answer questions. It's been trouble, trouble, trouble every time I go there and will not be back.

The staff doesn't honor rcw's. The staff doesn't know how to count a 28-day prescription from zero to 28th day, which means that you would be out of the prescription. I'm so completely baffled. If you have prescriptions that are hard to get, don't come here cuz they don't honor anything. Their pharmacists are so afraid of God knows what that they're willing to reject chronic pain people. I know I'm a burn survivor. I'm sure that they probably do this to cancer patients and people that that have chronic pain in other ways, but this is pretty sad. This is the second month in a row that they've kind of done this to me and it's really really really really frustrating. Like I called and asked if they had the supply and they were like we don't have a full supply and I was like well. I don't need a full supply. I just need to not go into withdrawals today cuz we're coming to that point and then they said oh well. We tried to call your doctor and I'm like did you cuz you didn't call me and I didn't. I just asked like I'm just asking. I don't know why these people are so anal, but I'm probably going to write to the board of pharmacies again against these pharmacists because they are absolutely in the wrong completely. No ends asks or butts about it.

Slow. Very slow. Computers don’t work. There’s always a line that takes forever. Only one person attending customers on the line.

Wish I could not give any stars. Had to switch pharmacy due to insurance. It's been a nightmare. We've been in about five times, and there is an issue each time. These are needed medications, and at the very least, please hide your irritation that we actually need the medicine our doctor is prescribing. If you're looking for a change, I never had issues like this at Fred Meyer. The Fed Meyer Pharmacy staff is incredible.
