I have found this to be a great place for all ages, you just do as much as you can, it has been very rewarding to get moving again!! The club is very positive with great workouts in a fun atmosphere. Classes are small so they can easily explain things to you and make sure you are doing it right. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a small group workout experience!!
