Later working with the PA at work and a patient, as the PA was recommending she go see a company who would fit her with orthotics he looked at me and said, "I should have said the same thing for you." I went home and looked up who to go to and ended up at Good Feet In Lynnwood. It has only been a week but my life is changed (ok a little dramatic) but in one week's time my body can feel a difference. Ginger instructed me how to work the new arches and spent so much quality time with me that I was not going to blow this. Right off the start both Ginger and my husband could see my posture improve and I have a balance in my body like I have not had for a very long time. My right leg is working and the muscle above and below the knee is working again...I could go on but it would be a novel so I'll just say...if you are experiencing any feet pain go to Good Feet in Lynnwood, see Ginger and make it happen....I'm a new person, yes tired but its worth the new me...I even went back to told the Dr how I am feeling....Life is Good and I'm continuing to follow the guidelines and together we are going to make this happen...again I am AMAZED at how I feel, my legs feels, my body feels and a balance like I have not had in a lonnnnngggg time.
