  The stretch sessions were really nice but scheduling is difficult with limited hours. I gave 1 star because The biggest pitfall ruined the experience. The pricing schemes. If your not careful there are subscritpion increases and it can cost you 150 just to cancel service.

  I had an outstanding experience at StretchLab, and Richy truly made it exceptional. From the start, he established great rapport, made me feel comfortable, and took the time to understand what I needed. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were impressive, and his customer service was genuinely top-tier. Richie has a great way of making the session feel both effective and enjoyable, and you can tell he truly cares about his clients. StretchLab is lucky to have him, give this man a raise!

  Appalling business practices. Bought a package from the store manager over the phone and not once did he tell me that there was a 30 day expiration. When I tried to schedule my second stretch they said it had expired. I tried to email several times and get a hold of anybody at the location to come to a resolution and there has been zero response and zero customer service.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the StretchLab location in Lynnwood. I drove over an hour through heavy rain, wind, and traffic to make it to my scheduled appointment, only to be told when I checked in that my appointment had been canceled. I was never contacted, notified, or given any option to reschedule. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have photo proof of the daily reminder messages confirming the appointment, so there was clearly a failure in their communication system. To make matters worse, the employee at the front desk was smug, condescending, and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. After spending so much time driving in awful weather, being treated with that level of rudeness was incredibly unprofessional. If appointments can be canceled without notifying clients and staff respond with attitude instead of solutions, it shows a serious lack of respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this location.
