The part before seeing the optometrist, handled by the technician, could use improvement. Associate seemed newly trained to work independently, and explanations about the process or directions on how to make the exam/imaging easier were not clear. I felt like I was relying on my memory of last year's experience versus getting clear communication and direction from personnel.
