I was lucky that nobody was there when I hopped in and so was able to get select my options, frame and the order placed, etc. in a leisurely manner. So, it is better to make any appointment or hop in there after the lunch hour and try your luck. The staff people are quite nice, friendly, and helpful to make your visit worthwhile! Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.
