I came in for eye glasses & received excellent service. They took time to help me find exactly the frame & lense combination I was looking.

I recently picked up my new glasses here. The associate with blue hair who helped me verified that I received the correct pair, but the overall customer service was disappointing. I wasn’t greeted when I came in, and the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. She wasn’t very cheerful or engaging, which made the experience feel impersonal.
I also had to ask for my glasses to be adjusted instead of having the fit checked proactively. She did adjust them once I asked, and I appreciate that, but I expected a friendlier and more attentive experience.
The pickup itself was completed correctly, but better customer service and a warmer attitude would have made a big difference.

I have been a loyal customer for the past five years. In February 2026, I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, and they have already broken.
I visited the Lynnwood store to ask for assistance, but I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service I received.

Yesterday afternoon I went to this store to shop for a frame and prescription glasses after confirming that this store was Plus Provider as per my insurance plan. After I entered the store this young lady came to me and I indicated that want to shop for prescription frames and glasses. She just pointed to the shelves where frames are stored and left. While browsing the frame shelves for a while I thought she will come and ask me whether I need any help, etc. but didn't bother. After more browsing I left thinking they are not interested in getting any information from me and making a sale.
So, today I visited the other LensCrafters store which is inside the Macy's department store in Lynnwood, WA. The experience I had at this store was diametrically opposite to what I experienced at the other store yesterday. The staff at this store was quite friendly, helpful, and engaged with me about my needs, etc. After furnishing my eye glass prescription, insurance details, we deliberated about various options and selected a suitable frame all of which would be covered by my insurance plan allowance.
Looking back what a contrast in making a sale between the two stores. One was a bigger store, carried more inventory, etc. yet didn't accomplish a sale. whereas the the other store was smaller, had less inventory, but concluded a sale!
As far as I am concerned, every customer who walks in to one of these stores is a potential buyer and efforts should be made so that they do not leave without an order placed. I didn't see that attitude in the bigger store. Sad, very very sad!

They truly under promise and over deliver! The team was knowledgeable about their products, professional in presenting different options, and gave me a great tutorial on my META glasses. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend LensCrafters Lynnwood.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
