- APAbel princeMar 23, 20261.0I came in to buy some protein shake and an Employee named Samuel charged me $39.99 pro access Membership without my knowledge . I didn't relized until I got home . I was able returned the protein shake but I never got the Membership money back. They store told me to call customer service. When I called customer service they told to go to the store they can't refund it on the phone. GNC customer service and store employees suck. Dont get scammed here, buy at Amazon exact same product cheaper price and easy return.

It was a bigger white guy, hes been working here for a while now. I said no and he kept asking "Why not" or "Just listen to me and be open minded" and he wouldn't ring me up until I listened. He gave me predatory vibes. I will be telling my fellow girlfriends to stay away from this location and that guy as well
