This is the worst pharmacy in whatcom county. Im a caregiver and I often go to many pharmacies for my clients but have never seen something so unprofessional. As a caregiver my clients time is important, every time we come in to pick up meds it's never ready, if they tell you 30 min on the phone you could expect to add a few hours on top of that. With gas prices so high I can't afford to go back and forth. The person on the should be more sensitive to people's time. Don't tell customers it would be ready in an hour when that's clearly not possible. This has been the 5th or 6 time this year alone this has happend. I hope management can read this and train there staff properly with etiquette.

This is a very busy pharmacy, and customer service is a bit like a production line. It often takes several hours to get a prescription filled.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
