  Addus HomeCare Longview WA is the most community involved agency that i am included in. That team participates in Holiday functions, community needs, they get out there and let people know that they are valued and truly cared about. Small town, caring hearts and reach out for resources to ensure that the community is taken care of. Sincerely and whole hearted 100% Nobody is left behind!

  This agency is great! If you are looking for an agency that listens to its clients look no further. The management team at the Longview location have their hearts in the right place when it comes to helping clients in need. If your caregiver calls out, these guys will do everything they can to make sure you are covered, including the branch manager, and supervisors working in the field themselves. When calling the office with a concern, you are left feeling listened to, validated, and assured that they are taking it seriously and will fix whatever the issue is the best they are able to. The caregivers sent are all wonderful caring people. They go above and beyond to make sure the clients are safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. You don't have to worry about your family members while you're out when you have Addus as your caregiving service.

  These people are awesome!! They came in on very short notice and literally saved me in a care situation for my wife. They were very caring about our predicament and worked hard to solve it. And boy did they solve it!! One hour after I left their office at the end of a very thorough meeting about our needs they called and asked if our assigned care giver could come and meet us and further discuss our needs. She has been an absolute angel! My wife just loves her. I leave the house for work with absolutely zero stress or worry about the quality of care my wife is receiving. Quite unlike the experience I had with another care agency in town. They have remained in close contact with me to make sure everything is running smoothly and that we are happy. I simply can not say enough good! Thank you Addus!! You have made a huge fan out of me!! If any of you reading this have a need for home care, please call Addus first. You will not be disappointed.
