  I can't say enough good things about Gene or the Hearing Aids he has helped me obtain and understand. No one wants a hearing aid, but when you need one, you should get the very best one and you WILL USE. One with the best technology--which doesn't mean it's complicated. Gene will give you hearing tests that you can understand and SEE in real time, where and what problems you have AND will "tune" your hearing aids to help YOUR hearing issues. He has you coming in every 5 months when he cleans and replaces parts as needed, but if you have a problem or question, you can go to him immediately. Gene has been doing this for 28 years and UNDERSTANDS hearing and CARES for his clients. Miracle Ear isn't a big box store---the technology, service, and caring you get from buying Miracle Ear Hearing Aids from Gene, is priceless. Nothing is more precious than your health, and your hearing is definitely part of your health. I recently realized that lack of hearing doesn't just take you "out of the loop" in coversations, but you become isolated and depressed. That lack of stimulation from hearing and living a "normal life," puts you at risk of getting Dementia. We have all heard "use it or lose it"---- Shop around, like I did, and then you will see the real value that Gene at Miracle Ear in Lacey is worth every penny for you and your family.

  Doreen with Miracle Ear in Lacey has made such an improvement in my life. I have had hearing issues since I was young and she has found hearing aids that enrich my life. With checkups a couple times a year, she makes certain my hearing is the best for most all situations. I am thrilled with their professionalism and caring.

  On 21 May 2025, I called and recieved same day appointment. Gene was very knowledgeble and help me understand my hearing lose. He stated that the finance percent was 9.9 %. On 30 May I received letter from healtiplan, Comenity Capital Bank. To my surprise the interest rate is 32.99%. I will not go through this company, will use my own credit card to pay for balance owed to Miracle Ear. Wiil try and get a hold of Gene Saturday, 31 May, if they are opened, also plan on calling credit card company and close account. Maybe, I am jumping the gun, but your company should not be using this finance company that charges such a high rate. This is not helping seniors and individuals who trust your company. Recieved call from Gene , 31 May, about financing, Assured me that he did not know what happen and that i will not be going through this company. Also state Miracle Ear nationaly is on top of the problem. Will use my own credit card for financing. I would like to thank Gene for his prompt response to this matter. I was in a state of shock for a time, but all is good now. Look forward to picking up my ears and get fitted on Monday. Also called this company and closed account, they will be forwarded me a letter notify me of closure. Will update upon receipt of my new ears.. Thank you Gene for your help and understanding of my concerns. Set up appointment on Monday to pickup hearing aids. Everything went great, Gene was very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable about the hearing aids. I would recommend anyone to see Gene if they are considering to purchase hearing aids for first time, or if they are thinking of replacement. Gene took his time with me to explain all about the product. Set up follow up appointment next week to ensure ear buds (fine tune) are working properly... Once again, Gene, I am grateful for all you done for me...

  My husband has worn hearing aids since 1994. The differences between his first hearing aids and the new Miracle-Ear hearing aids are indescribable. Thank you Miracle-Ear for making these new hearing aids that are so easy to use and that make my husband's life, and mine, so much more better. This is even more amazing because his loss has become much more pronounced.

  Genuine care for finding the right settings for the aids. Technology allows for fine adjustments. Mechanics (fittings, batteries) are needing upgraded, but the service on College St. Olympia is great.
