  I was unaware this was a membership store. I was by for a multivitamin and fish oil. Attempted to purchase my items and was asked for a phone number. I declined. Email? I declined. She then stated she “had to try and look me up”. I asked if it was mandatory and she stated that it was “highly encouraged “. I again declined. She again insisted that I had to provide some sort of verbal identification in order to make this $30 purchase. She ended up refusing to make that sale. This took place on 7/31 shortly after the store opened at 10:00 if you’d like to verify via security footage. I’d be pretty frustrated knowing my employee is turning away customers who walked in intent on spending money and left wondering what just happened. I literally had my order on the counter and card in hand

  If there is a different GNC by you or farther then this one I would recommend going to the other one. I stopped by the store 3 times yesterday at different times. Once around 3:30pm, then around 4:30pm, then again around 5:40 and it was closed all 3 times with the sign saying it will be open again at 2pm each time. Went the next day got there at 2:09 and the store is still closed and the sign still says it will reopen at 2pm. Save yourself the wasted time and gas because clearly they still haven't fixed the issue

  I went in today and had an awesome experience!! I came in for pre-workout and dietary supplements and Dane was completely honest and knowledgeable about stores products and was had a very positive attitude!!
