- TOThomas OlsonAug 5, 20262.0I have been going here for various issues for a few years and the doctors have all been great. Why only 2 stars? Because everything other than the doctor is terrible. If you call it will direct you to the "Patient Portal" which never has any information on it for you. You can try and connect to a person on the phone but regardless of the time of day or day of the week, nobody answers the phone. You can leave a message but again NOBODY is ever going to call you back. The only way to do anything is to schedule time to just go directly into one of the offices and corner one of their administrative staff.
