  Was billed after my first appointment which was just a consultation. It would be good if they give the expectation for new clients on what looks like before proceeding so they have an option on if they want to be subjected to billing from insurance. I thought consulting was a conversation but before I know it they’re doing X-rays and trying to schedule me for inserts that cost over $600. I paid my full balance from what I was billed and now a month later I find I’m being billed again. On the patient portal online it doesn’t disclose what the bill is for. There is no physical invoice sent by mail. Upon calling I finally got to someone who told me it’s because they ran my insurance, what for I don’t know and they even seemed unsure. I’m not even a client anymore so that’s unacceptable. I ended up paying so they will leave me alone. I previously asked after my first appointment to not be contacted and they have been harassing me ever since by calls and texts. This business and their practices are not worth the headache!

  I have been going here for various issues for a few years and the doctors have all been great. Why only 2 stars? Because everything other than the doctor is terrible. If you call it will direct you to the "Patient Portal" which never has any information on it for you. You can try and connect to a person on the phone but regardless of the time of day or day of the week, nobody answers the phone. You can leave a message but again NOBODY is ever going to call you back. The only way to do anything is to schedule time to just go directly into one of the offices and corner one of their administrative staff.
