  I had a wonderful experience today while at the Warby Parker Eye Care Clinic in Totem Lake, Kirkland. Dr. Chan was fantastic! He has excellent bedside manner and is clearly a true expert in eye care, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything with impressive knowledge & patience. The front staff were equally impressive: approachable, kind, and professional while making the entire process feel smooth and welcoming. They were genuinely helpful without any pushy sales tactics, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I really wish I had known about this location sooner as I’ve had less than stellar experiences at other eye care places in the last few years since needing glasses/contacts. Would have saved me so much headache and dollars wasted! I would highly recommend this eyecare clinic and Dr. Chan to anyone!
