  Went in to get nose pads fixed on a pair of sunglasses. Briana was awesome. She not only put on new ones but also cleaned and straightened them up.

  I had a great experience today at Warby Parker in Totem Lake Village. Kris did an excellent job of helping me find a pair of glasses I'm really excited about. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She even placed a medical claim with my insurance company for reimbursement. I will highly recommend Warby Parker to my friends abd family.

  I visited the store today and had the absolute best experience with the wonderful lady who helped me. I’ve been wearing glasses for more than half of my life and have visited countless eyeglass stores, including multiple Warby Parker locations, but this experience was truly amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed and taken care of. I really hope Warby Parker recognizes her for the amazing customer service she provides. She deserves all the appreciation! Thank you for making my visit such a lovely experience

  Jasmine and JC were beyond amazing . I was very needy and they laughed - joked- gave amazing suggestions I would not have thought of. They understood my concerns and did not try to up sell or push items on me! Amazing!!

  Sway, Sophie, and Saheed saved my life! I almost never post or review but this experience was so great I had to say something. I came in with a broken pair of glasses with salvageable lenses that everyone else said they couldn’t work with. I really needed a pair for my day to day life but no one had something that wouldn’t require making a new lens. They worked with what I had and went the extra mile to find a great pair that I could walk out with same day and be able to see with! Without them I’d be blind even now. All of this was at a super reasonable price. They even helped me get a new prescriptions for when I got my visions benefits! They were endlessly warm and helpful. I used to be a lifetime Costco glasses buyer but I’ve definitely been converted!
