Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. There is almost always at least a 45 minute wait to pick up medications that are ready for you because the line is always so long.

Incompotent. Uncaring. How are you gonna text me twice saying my script was ready and then stare at me like an idiot when I show up and say "it's a glitch"? I've seen minimum wage McDonald's worker who care more about customer service.

Puong is an exceptional pharmacist. I am so grateful to ask her medication questions including interactions, etc. The entire staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
**UPDATE**
I didn’t read any of the reviews before posting, and I am shocked. I have been receiving my medications here for almost 10 years. I have never heard anyone yell, seen anyone be rude, etc. As someone in the healthcare field with a hospitality background, I notice the little things. I recently moved and the pharmacy closer to me (not Safeway) similarly has a line or not depending upon the time of day, day of week, etc. I still drive to Kirkland as possible because of the service.
Unfortunately I think we’ve grown so accustomed to an instantaneous digital world that the constraints of a physical world can be misunderstood or uncomfortable.

They are horrible. They put you on hold for a long time intentionally. They don't care about their customers. They are unprofessional. I will change them in the near future. They pick up the phone and they put you on hold. They are very rude and they talk very disrespectful. They would say anything just to get rid of you and to protect their reputation. I am really done with their service. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this pharmacy except for that 1 staff person who is always rude and wouldn’t even smile(speaking of customer service)
Can you anyone guess who this person is? I hope they replace that person because everybody there is really great.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
