My husband came in for new glasses and JR promptly greeted us, let us know of the sale and prices since we were paying out of pocket and then gave us our space and let us take our time with looking at frames. When it came to payment and the final add-ons, he was never pushy or tried to make us pay more than we wanted and that was such a relief! He even went out of his way to get my husband's glasses done the same day since we lived far and he didn't want us making the trip another day to pick them up. Just amazing customer service from the beginning to the end with JR that has made a great experience for our first time at LensCrafters and will definitely recommend to our family and friends.
