- AAAnonymooseApr 1, 20262.0I think I may start ordering my glasses online. This place is fine, but my experience was less than smooth. Their eye glass maker was down, so I had to return another day (40 min round trip for me). I returned to get my 2 pair of glasses, and they forgot to tint the sunglasses. So another 40 min trip to get them was required. After I had them, both work fine, but my regular glasses from them, have been a mess. Multiple times the lens comes out, the frame is not adjusted properly, and screws are backing out. Lenses have scratched even with the upgrade. Between this place and the eye dr next door I wasted 3 hours of my life just accommodating their short comings. All this being said customer service was good.
