  Went into EyeMart to get glasses for my son, and I have to say, the manager was incredibly helpful! She took her time going over all the different options with my very picky teenager and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Her patience, knowledge, and customer service really stood out. I was so impressed with the experience that I ended up scheduling an appointment for myself to get my own pair of glasses! Thank you for making what can sometimes be a frustrating process so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  Came in laddy just yelled we close in 15 minutes continue to ignore me as i stood there other people would walk in and she would proceed to help them as i stood there is it because am hispanic i have been coming here for years and never i have been treated so poorly never again will they get my business i will make sure that people know how racist they are mind you my whole family comes here to get glasses if the lady doesnt like her job she should go find a new one sad that in this day in age people atill get treated that way for there skin color glad theres other places that sell glasses to that older lady with glasses and black shirt i hope you get fired because you are rude not proffecional and i will be posting all over social media

  Attempted several times to get my one year warranty on my lenses but they always said their machine was not up and running or they were catching up on orders PLUS I would have to pick up glasses next week over 7 days. Ughh! Doesn’t work when you need them to function. Mind you this is a one hour glasses site and they advertise as such BUT an employee had multiple excuses of why I would need to turn all 5 of my glasses in and wait over a week for them to get warranty lenses on them again. No THANK YOU! I come in two weeks later. Tons of people in the store, no sign in sheet even though they request you to sign in. No one to greet you and get your name on the electronic sign in sheet which is down because obviously the TV that reflects the screen is down. This location has gone downhill in their service and their ability to honor their warranty which we pay extra for. Plus this employee was just not helpful in the multiple times I attempted to get my warranty honored. I don’t have countless days to drive over and see if their equipment is working. I called the last time. They said bring them down and when I got there they took all my glasses to do the scratch warranty on the lenses and then said you can come in 7 days to pick them up. NO THANK YOU AGAIN! Service at this location is no longer worth the wait. Too bad I have been buying my glasses here for years. I will be in the hunt for a new location or a drive to Yakima to the next closest location! Not excited to visit this location again. I am now waiting again today to get my scratch warranty honored. I have been waiting again today at this location and because no sign in sheet option there is no order to how the employees are calling people in order.

  Fantastic service. Picked out cute, designer frames and custom lenses in less than 60 minutes. Had to go back, after changing my mind whether I needed distance or progressive (definitely progressive as I couldn't see radio or AC dials) and again, less than 60 minutes. Perfect vision. No waiting 12-14 days like optometrist said they could do. I'll be back. I'm now a permanent customer. Did I mention designer frames?
