Lake Washington Physical Therapy Kenmore opened it's doors in Summer 2019. Our mission is to provide patient centered care with great results. We want to empower our patients to help in their own recovery by giving clients tools and education to help them through their recovery. We specialize in sports therapy, return to sport, post surgical care and rehab, spine rehab, strength and conditioning programs, women's health, vestibular rehab, and athletic training services.
