I have never ever seen a worse personnel and support anywhere. It is hard to believe that they work with customers every single day. Calling them is just a patience waiting test.

A horrible place ever since the Korean manager took over from the previous Indian lady who worked so diligently for people around here. He is rude and impatient with everybody and everything, unhelpful and ethically not good being a healthcare worker. I walked in 10 minutes before their lunch break for a quick vaccine shot, he refused instantly without any hesitation or even looked at me. He just didn’t want to work for the last 10 minutes but I am wondering - is he getting paid for it?! Not just this time, I tried to avoid this man no matter what!

I am a healthcare professional, so I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of the pharmacist at this location. My fiancée arrived to fill a legitimate prescription for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and was met with unsolicited judgment and open hostility.
The pharmacist chose to push a personal ideology rather than fulfill her professional duty, going so far as to disparage both the patient and the prescribing physician’s clinical treatment plan. This resulted in an unprofessional confrontation initiated by the staff.
In healthcare, patient advocacy and professional courtesy are paramount. This pharmacy failed on both counts. We will be taking our business elsewhere and filing a formal complaint with the State Board of Pharmacy to ensure this lack of professionalism is addressed.
