  Terrible customer service and a frustrating double standard. We were 10 minutes late for my son’s contact lens appointment and were forced to reschedule because apparently the doctor has a 5-minute late policy. Yet just a few weeks earlier, the same doctor kept us waiting about 30 minutes for my son’s vision appointment. When I raised this inconsistency, instead of acknowledging the concern, the staff were rude and dismissive. Policies are understandable, but respect for people’s time should work both ways. Very disappointing experience.

  Awesome place helped me fix my glasses to stop sliding off my face even though I wasn't a prior customer. Would go back again for future needs.

  Before I was a customer, I came in to get my glasses adjusted. The fact that they didn’t even ask if I purchased the glasses there won me over right away. I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a new eye doctor. I have now found them!

  Dr Nguyen is terrific! I only book with her. She is friendly far and knowledgeable. Katie in store helped today and was nice friendly and professional.

  Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this eye clinic. I provided my insurance information, but the staff told me they could not access my insurance profile. I contacted my insurance provider directly, and they confirmed that everything was fine with my coverage. Unfortunately, the clinic staff did not seem interested in helping me resolve the issue or finding a solution. I felt that customer service was not their priority. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better professionalism, communication, and customer care from a healthcare provider. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
