  Came in on behalf of my grandma who had nothing but her old lenses in a frame with no legs, Karen was very quick to find new frames that fit her current lenses and was super sweet. Grandmas loves them too, thank you!!!

  I would like to thank Karen at gilman issaquah who helped me fix my broken glass , free of cost. She was gracious enough to answer all my questions and also helped me look for new glasses and assisted with her approval for which ones looked best on me.. I appreciate you Karen so much!! ❤️

  I came in to this location and was attended by Crystal, the information she provided with my coverage help me make it an easy experience, she was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right prescription glasses for my needs. It’s clear that customer satisfaction was a priority to her, I would absolutely recommend Crystal to anyone looking for an excellent experience.

  To be clear the staff were great, but the examine and product were not good. Had an examine, prescription glasses ordered which arrived and made my vision worse. Cheap products that do not match what’s on display. One set even had two different arms. Just poor material. Returned everything not a problem. Waste of two plus weeks. Sorry, but I would not recommend for anyone that wants quality. .

  We are absolutely SHOCKED by the front desk treatment...never got a chance to even see the doctor nor will I because I am finding a different place for my exams and glasses. I call to reschedule my appointment knowing theres likely a penalty or some sort of fee for having no 24 hr notice because thats not unusual in Healthcare and makes sense their time is valuable. No problem with that. In the process of putting the desk person on speaker she had said something about a fee and I had asked her to please repeat herself 3 different times kindly because I accidentally missed the information. Gave her my name and number like she asked in response the 3 different times as she got more and more frustrated with me. Then she tells me theres a fee for no shows and same day cancelations. So, I tell her that felt very sneaky and deceptive to repeat it only after I gave her my account info. She denied it and I told her well I kindly asked her 3 different times before and she told me she only asked my name and number to pull up my account. So, I tell her I want my account there deleted I will NOT be back but I will be paying the fee still. She hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. So, I called back to pay the fee because I didn't want to get a bill in the mail who knows how long after because they don't have my new address on file. She sent me to voicemail! Told my husband what happened and he asked to speak to whoever's in charge of the clinic. Got a call back from the Doctor. Told them what happened and how appaled we are by the lack of professionalism and we're told she had notes in my file saying I cussed her out so she hung up on me and she has proof because she put me on speaker for her coworker to hear... My husband was my witness and did NOT hear me once cuss at her or even raise my voice at her. (We both have worked customer service many years and know how to treat staff and people.) AND she violated HIPPA by having me on speaker at any point for this appointment! If we had this discussion in a different circumstance and I was discussing scheduling an appointment for glaucoma or something else their whole store would've heard my private patient information etc. She even admitted to my husband she does this often to patients when he called her back to confirm she did indeed put me on speaker. Mind you when he called this second time the person who answered said she had JUST started for the day and walked in so she would need to speak to the other front desk who was already here...meaning first front desk person lied about her coworker being there to hear. Wish I could review the doctors but as I didn't get a chance to meet them I can't review if they are worth going through the front desk fiasco we just experienced. We will be reporting her for HIPPA violation and will make sure our friends know not to come here as long as she is there so as to not to risk their information being broadcast for the entire store to hear because its convient for the staff.
