I’ve def gained a lot of strength with these workouts. The studio feels clean and inviting. The front desk girlies are friendly, and the instructors are encouraging & knowledgeable. So glad I’ve made this place part of my life! ♥️

The instructors are exceptional, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed. The studio is beautiful, the workouts are thoughtfully programmed, and I've become stronger, healthier, and more confident because of this community. My only suggestion is around the Unlimited Membership. The name implies unlimited classes, but members are currently limited to one class per day. I completely understand the business reasons for this especially if classes are full or the studio is focused on making space for new clients. However, I think the membership name or structure could better reflect the policy. Either consider calling it an "Unlimited (One Class Per Day)" membership, or preferably, allow members to attend more than one class on some days with a reasonable monthly cap (for example, 35 classes per month). That would better align with what most people expect when they hear "unlimited," while still protecting class availability. Overall, I absolutely love this studio and have brought several friends to try.. a few of which have signed up! This is simply a suggestion from someone who plans to keep coming back and wants to see an already great studio become even better.

The instructors are motivating and the front desk staff are genuinely supportive and kind. The variety of classes and number offerings work well for those with busy schedules.
