  This was my first time getting fitted for glasses and Amber truly was so great to work with. The phones were ringing off the hook and people kept coming in and while it was so busy, she was so attentive and great at balancing every person whether in person or on the phone. She made the process so easy and fun and was so joyous our whole encounter and made the process so easy!

  I needed an eye exam, inquired at the Federal Way branch: they were able to get me in the very next day! My plan was to get the exam, pay for said exam, get my prescription and head to Costco: even had 2 frames already picked out. Amber greeted me when entering the store, I completed all admin intake and chatted with Amber, meandering around half looking at frames. All on shift were extremely nice and offered help, but let me be. Amber told me to pick out frames I like, once the script was ready, we'll look at numbers, I may like what I find better than what my plan was and be happy with the associated prices. I ended up buy 2 very nice Oakley frames and lenses, and had order just Lenses for frames my favorite frames i already had. I liked the frames more than the ones I had chosen and ready to go buy and the price was fair, more, but extremely fair. But the sale, it was Amber that got me to listen/give a chance and turned me. Federal way customers are lucky to have Amber at the Federal Way store and Lense Crafters are even luckier to have her as an employee!

  I had a great experience here! When I walked in. Patrick was incredibly nice and welcoming. Not only that, but when I was trying to find the store I had to call to see if they were inside the mall or outside the mall and Christine answered the phone and gave me perfect directions and I was able to find it quickly. I came in for a program on a voucher to get free glasses and they were incredibly efficient. Not to mention they let me try on as many as I want and take my time, this is important to me as these glasses are ones I'm going to wear for who knows how Long, so getting the lenses that I wanted for myself that I thought would be appropriate ones and ones that I would like and they allowed me the time I needed to find the perfect ones. And I did! I want to thank LensCrafters at the South Hill Mall for being so friendly and working so efficiently to help me. Thank you guys. Thank you!
