  What a great experience. My hearing aides fit great and are so easy to operate. Nate was great - explaining everything to me as he fit and programmed my new hearing aides.

  Dr. Wong’s approach to patient care is like no other that I have experienced since becoming hearing impaired. Her aggressive approach to applying for new hearing aids ahead of schedule and out of the financial range that has been allowed was “let’s see what happens”. No one before Dr. Wong offered that approach when I asked. Basically I was told to stay in the box. She got me the new, improved hearing aids. Her communication style and patience in making sure that I was understanding was greatly appreciated. With my new hearing aids there’s a lot to learn and rather than just a crash course, she got me started with the basics and in 2 weeks she’ll teach me about the rest of the options. Thank you very much Dr. Wong.

  I had a really positive experience with my appointment here. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked fast. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.
