She is super sweet and understanding of my circumstances whenever I have to miss a class on a short notice. I’ve had Crystal as an instructor at this location about 4 times now and she is wonderful at giving clear direct instructions and helping of correcting my form. Her dog is cute too although i shouldn’t have tried to pick up her up (yikes) 😱🐶

They make sure everyone is on the same page and truly help perfect your form! I have trained as a high level athlete my whole life and nothing quite compares to a Pilates class! It’s always something new to learn everyday and that’s what makes the journey so special! Also there’s always TONS of work shops here’s a photo from Mother’s Day and the mamas got celebrated!!!!
