- JMJohn MillsJul 18, 20261.0I had my aides disconnecting many times a day. Dropped in and specialist spent a couple minutes then asking me to call tech because she would have to. So after talking with support couldn’t resolve. SO CALLING AND LEAVING three attempts to get a live office pick up. Only getting “leave a message and we’ll respond!NEVER HAPPEND! Very disappointed. I went to A-plus in Bothell. Wish I had earlier.

The receptionist was delightful, even when I was very late to my appointment due to getting lost. The office was warm & accepting. I am grateful and confident that I can get my hearing needs managed in a timely manner. I'm excited to continue @ the fitting when my hearing aids arrive!
