Surprised to see negative reviews, though I did notice that most were quite old. My husband and I recently returned to this pharmacy as some prescriptions are priced far less there than what they have recently risen to at our other pharmacy. The staff is friendly and professional. We have been getting our vaccinations there ever since Covid. They check to see if they can find lower prices for us and are extremely helpful. A couple of years ago the phones were not answered in a timely manner but it seems that they have resolved that issue. They have an extremely stressful job working for, at times, many impatient customers. We should all take the time to have empathy for those working on the other side of the counter in any setting. We appreciate them and thank them for their service.

So far I have not had any problems with prescriptions being filled but had very bad experiences with a couple gals at the counter. Unprofessional in how they greet a customer, rude, cocky, you name it. If Safeway has a training department, they seriously need to send someone to that store to teach BASIC customer service skills like “Hello” “How May I help you?”. Instead you get the annoyed look and “DATE OF BIRTH?” followed by the immature ignorant eye roll. If you don’t like it there, leave! I can’t believe this one girl is still employed there. She is beyond rude every time! Reading some of the other comments, looks like she has been rude to others as well.

The lady named Lace was extremely rude, with a terrible attitude. Several customers witnessed her get into it with a customer and couldn’t believe how disrespectful she was. The pharmacist had to step in to take over after Lace stormed off and said she wouldn’t deal with the customer. They sent the text that the prescription was ready before it was so I was there a long time waiting with a sick toddler. I suggest going to another pharmacy.
