I never had a problem with this pharmacy. They are always kind and courteous. They explain things, if it is needed. The line can be a wait, but they literally cannot help that, so I don’t place the blame on them. I’m surprised by these reviews. Also, it’s not their fault about the phones. I’ve seen one or two people in there working hard. It is okay to give grace (be polite and thoughtful) to others, especially when they’re trying their best.

They denied i had an account and the Arabic sounding woman could barely speak English. Another safeway pulled my account right up. Also, there has been consistent communication issues and denials of my account being active resulting in difficulty getting medications that are urgently needed. There is malpractice and neglect of the patients of this pharmacy.

Every time I come here I have some sort of issue, whether it's coupons or not having my prescription filled on time there's ALWAYS a problem, after my next prescription I will be going through someone else because this is ridiculous To clarify, today I went in to pick up my birth control, that when I called to verify was ready to pick up the last time I needed it, I was told it was automatic and would be ready the same time every couple months, so, much to my surprise I went in to pick it up when it should have been available and I was told it was NOT picked yet, and it would be ready in the afternoon....to put three prepackaged packs of BC in a bag with my name o it.....great job guys....
