  I was extremely happy with this foot clinic. I had a very annoying hang out that would resurface. I finally had enough, I got my referral in order and spoke to Dr. Dang at our appointment. He explained thoroughly of what was going to be done. He did a great job, I will never have to worry about that again.

  Positive experience. Staff was polite, respectful. I do wish I could read clinic notes from visit. My other medical providers do, and it is helpful, informative.

  Thought the toenail care service provided by Dr Womack was worth a return visit. Nice office in Centralia.

  This review is based on their level of customer service. Our appointment was cancelled because the Dr. had surgery scheduled, however we weren't notified until we reached the clinic. The receptionist said she tried calling but it never rung through, so of course it didn't go to voicemail and no message was left. It appeared to be a problem with their outgoing calls, since someone at the clinic calling directly from their personal phone worked fine. However with no rings and no chance to leave a voicemail, no other contact was attempted. No attempts text, no email sent. We drive nearly an hour to get to our appointments, so not only did we experience the inconvenience of 2 hours lost, it cost $20 worth of gas. I'm guessing if a patient didn't contact them to cancel they'd still be charged. Our service there otherwise has been good, I just hope this review allows them to improve their customer service.
