  They continued to charge me in my credit card even though I filled out and submitted the form to cancel my membership. They did not refund.

  Horrible experience, was very excited to try this new program and no one answers the phone. Tried calling multiple times at open times. Kirkland location answered right away. I took the initiative and applied and scheduled online for the first available appointment at 9:30am. As I was closing out my application and made a payment I got a noticed the booking was booked. I went to the location and was told the booking was not booked the employee (Jazz) was unavailable or running late and that was the reason why. I requested a refund. Was told they didn’t know how to work the computer. Left my name and number to call back to resolve this issue. Unfortunately this was not a great first experience. Hope to get a better solution from a call back from the GM per employee working the counter this morning.

  I’ve had a great experience at the Stretch Lab in Bothell. I was in a horrible motorcycle accident last year which resulted in, among other things, a crushed pelvis, amputated left leg, and nerve damage in my right leg. I was unable to do even the most simple yoga pose because my body was so damaged and my muscles were so tight. I’m currently in weekly physical therapy and learning to use my prosthetic leg. Stretch lab has helped me loosen up and work the specific muscles I need to walk with my prosthetic leg. Richard is my stretcher. Besides being very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, he has a great sense of humor and an unusually deep knowledge of reality TV. He keeps me laughing during our sessions, and I always feel better walking out the door. My physical therapist as well as my prosthetist both comment on the rapid progress I have made in my walking and movements since beginning at Stretch Lab. 5 stars and great work!

  I was a long-term member under the previous ownership and had always experienced flexibility and understanding regarding unused credits. The entire reason I ultimately canceled my membership was because the new ownership initially refused to roll over three of my unused credits, despite rollover accommodations always being honored in the past. After significant back-and-forth, they finally agreed to honor only one credit while explaining that the other credits had been “paid to the previous owners” and therefore they were unwilling to accommodate them. As a customer, that explanation made very little sense to me. When a business changes ownership, customers should not suddenly lose access to services they already paid for in good faith. To make matters more confusing, when I canceled my membership, I was specifically told that I would still be able to use my remaining credits. Later, that position changed completely, and I was informed that the credits would instead be forfeited under the membership agreement. I then attempted to resolve the matter professionally and simply requested the ability to use the sessions I had already paid for. Instead, I was offered access to my own prepaid credits only if I paid an additional $150 “reactivation fee.” After expressing my concerns, my messages were ignored entirely. What disappointed me most was not just the financial aspect, but the lack of consistency, communication, and customer care following the ownership transition. My only request has been to use the services I already paid for. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a membership to get every promise in writing and to fully understand how unused credits are handled under the current ownership.
