  do not purchase any monthly packages here. they make you sign an agreement with fine print that allows them to steal an extra month from you. 60 days of notice to cancel is ridiculous. edit: updating my review, I spoke with someone at the studio who helpfully informed me that the predatory "policy" is actually optional, and you don't actually have to pay! Definitely worth knowing before going in!

  Extremely disappointing experience with Club Pilates Bothell, especially as an Active & Fit member. I have a 4 credit per month membership through active and fit which is much cheaper than going directly through the studio. It also thankfully does not bind me to a minimum 3 month contract, because that would've made the nightmare worse. I was charged $25 for a missed class AND lost a class credit. When I questioned this, I received conflicting explanations: first, that the fee was a mistake; later, that Active & Fit required it and that I had to pay the studio directly. The lack of transparency was frustrating. No written policy was provided other than the email that contradicted their own claims. Anyone considering this studio, especially Active & Fit members, should get all cancellation and no-show policies in writing beforehand- although wouldn’t change much as they may still backtrack what is written or what they say at one point.

  I absolutely love Club Pilates! Since I started taking private classes, I have seen incredible improvements in my core strength, overall stability, and confidence in my body. A special thank you to SuRain, who is an exceptional instructor. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Her ability to provide clear guidance and individualized corrections has made such a difference in my practice. No matter your experience level, she makes sure you understand each movement and perform it safely and effectively. I always leave class feeling stronger, more energized, and motivated to keep improving. I highly recommend Club Pilates, and if you have the opportunity to take a class with SuRain, don't hesitate. She is truly wonderful! ❤️

  I’ve been attending instructor Shala’s classes for a while and really enjoy them. She’s calm, clear, and attentive, with just the right amount of challenge. Her instructions and corrections are always helpful, and I leave every class feeling refreshed and energized!
