I’ve had an easy time booking almost every class I want, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and *truly* caring. Joining was one of the best decisions! This is a great community!

They lock you into contracts that are hard to get out of, and even when you try to cancel, they continue charging your account. There is little flexibility or willingness to work with members, even in reasonable situations. The staff make it seem simple when you sign up, but the fine print tells a different story. It feels more about money than about members’ well-being. Very disappointing experience.
