  Omg! Everyone at the office was so friendly, Dr. Reid explained everything thoroughly and in a way I understood. Finances were also explained thoroughly. A refreshing experience and am very pleased.

  I went in because I was in pain and while the doctor and most the staff were great things got confusing when trying to get and explanation on what the procedures and options would cost. The worst part was the person who came in to discuss pricing, she was rather rude and seemed far more concerned with getting rid of me than helping me understand the pricing while I'm in pain and can't concentrate well, very unprofessional. Also no explanation why my bill total for the visit is listed as over $300 but I only paid like $88, I mean I'm happy to pay less but when I asked I just got a blank stare. So now I'm sitting in the pharmacy parking lot down the road in pain feeling mildly disrespected and confused.

  This is the type of dentist that makes people scared to go to the dentist. When I first went there there was an amazing older man that was a dentist I had my son go there also. On my 3rd appointment I need a fill the original dentist no longer worked there and I had the WORST experience of my life! Multiple failed numbing horrible pain and then a sharpness afterwards where the fill was performed I went back 2 weeks later because the fill was still uneven and sharp she “fixed” it but it felt so sensitive. Later when they called to ask me to schedule another appointment and I told them my complaints the receptionist was apologetic but knew exactly who had helped me. So I declined going again. Well a whole chunk of the sharp area just cracked off when flossing.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Listened to my concerns and fears. Helped me complete paperwork and gather information on insurance. Doctor Reid and her assistant were wonderful to deal with, patient, understanding, gentle. Fully explained dental issues and different plans to help fix the situation. I have an anxiety issue dealing with dental care and this whole team was great at giving me time and helping me work through this problem.
