  Exceptional experience. Nadia was patient, clear with instructions and friendly. Went above and beyond with helping me adjust the frame and replace the pads on an old pair of glasses as well as answering any questions that may have popped into my head. Very much appreciated.

  The screw that holds in my lenses fell out along with my lens. I went here since I was in the mall and they fixed it within 5 mins for free. I am very happy with the service here.

  Always get exceptional service and have always gone above and beyond when I have an issue since my prescription is a little wonky- Barbara on the dr side is soo knowledgeable about insurance and the staff on the sales side is great with helping me pick out frames that are just right for my face!

  I hate when you see a low rated place and think the reviews must be at least a little inaccurate. Its like giving a toxic ex another shot thinking it'll be different. Its not, never is. Ordered Tiffanys glasses, asst man asked if i needed them adjusted, yes they were 2 low. After 3 tries of her hand warping them, they were crooked and wonky. I felt bad but she was crushing those poor glasses and it was just getting worse. I asked if she could just get it so the front wasnt slanted. She said just come back when someone else is here. Surprised me with that like ok, I guess after 3 attempts of man handling them she was frustrated and decided i was to blame for asking for the adjustment in the first place. i said i guess i can take them to everett as I see this not going anywhere since its just getting worse. She gave me attitude like it was my fault since I wanted them adjusted to fit. She handed me the glasses and waitrd until I walked out and said bye as i left. They will order glasses but dang it, fitting them for you and trying to make it a positive experience is beyond their reach. I understand if it was someone new and they were struggling with getting it right. We all learn. But in the prior appointment when I ordered them she kept repeating that she was the assistant manager and had so much more experience than other people at the store so make sure I came to see her for the adjustment when they came in. ****update**** went to another lenscrafters and they confirmed, the leg of the glasses had been broke AND my prescription was entered completely wrong thats why it looked like I was walking in 3D. If I could give .5 or lower stars I would!
