  Haggen has several times been unapologetically delinquent at refilling my prescriptions. One time when Haggen Pharmacy was late, I asked them to front me a 3-day supply of Abilify until they could fill my order, and they refused. Abilify is an antipsychotic medication. If I don't take it, I will spiral into insanity, so that's how much Haggen cares about their customers. I suspect Haggen Pharmacy looks down on customers who are neurochemically challenged, and who are also on SSI. Haggen Pharmacy caters to the wealthy, and people like myself are percieved as 2nd class citizens. I'm switching to Walgreens Pharmacy, and Haggen can go take a hike!

  Spotty operations. When you finally get service, it's fine, but you may have a long wait time in line, and reaching the pharmacy by phone can be impossible. I was contacted by someone claiming to be from the pharmacy interested in discussing my vaccinations, but asked me for my date of birth. These days, that's too risky to give over the phone to someone that calls you. The person did not invite me to call back. I did try reaching someone twice today, but nobody answered and the voice assistant said the mailbox is full (always a very bad sign for a business phone). I'm only giving three stars instead of one or two because a pharmacist took a long time to help confirm insurance coverage last time I was there, not really his fault, but he let me connect him with the insurance representative who guided him on putting in the data successfully.

  I’ve gone here for prescriptions for about 2 years. It is 5 blocks from my house. Today I walked over and arrived at 1:28pm but they told me that they closed at 1:30pm for lunch. I showed them it was 1:28pm. They made some obscure defense after I kindly asked if I could just get 1 prescriptions because their robo-call has called me 4 times. But kindly left, with a disgruntled ‘ok thank you.’ Please post this on the store hours outside so you don’t waste my time. Cool your pharmacist makes 200k a year and needs lunch but you guys make this world a worse place. This is a pretty half-rate pharmacy based on numerous experiences so I would advise to go elsewhere.

  Called store to get a Covid booster shot. Recorded message said you could walk in. Drove to pharmacy and was told you couldn't get booster by walk-in. Asked to schedule shot. Was told they weren't scheduling boosters in person. Went home and called them. Got recorded message to schedule booster online. I'm 87 and not skilled with computers. Called store again and was transferred to pharmacy where I was told I would have to schedule online or I might call another pharmacy. I shall call another pharmacy and avoid Haggen's in the future. Seems they don't want elderly customers.
