  I always have a great experience getting my medications through the 12th St pharmacy. I’ve had my fair share of pharmacy issues at other places but everyone at Haggen is so kind and welcoming. As with any pharmacy, sometimes there are small mishaps or medications aren’t ready on time, but the pharmacists at Haggen are very efficient in making corrections. I have also never used a pharmacy that is so responsive over the phone!

  The pharmacy staff were friendly, but also incorrect regarding my refills. They stated my insurance would only pay for a month at a time and that controlled substances like testosterone could only be a month supply. When at rite aide I could do my full 3 month supply of testosterone including other medications. I checked with my insurance and they do allow 3 month refills. Haggan pharmacy charged me the same amount that I pay for 3 months every month. I have since moved back to rite aide. I'll take a longer line over triple the price any day of the week.

  I'm not fond of being told my prescription will be ready by a specific time, and find out the reason it's late is because they never had it in stock to begin with.
