  Great, I love the different techniques from each instructor. Makes the classes less predictable and more enjoyable.

  I really love the instructors here! Great place for someone who’s never done Pilates. My only con is it’s hard to get into a classes sometimes and limited times because there is only one room for classes. For as much as you pay definitely feels like it should be more accessible.

  Jeni is a detail-oriented and unique instructor. Her cueing is clear, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful, and you can tell how much care she puts into every class. She creates a welcoming environment while still keeping classes challenging and engaging. She provides modifications when needed. I always leave feeling stronger and more connected to my movement.

  I really loved this place at first. I did there free intro class and after I asked what the cheapest option was. All the front desk lady told me was that it was 90$ for four classes that I could use up until the following month. After my four classes I didn’t plan to re attend due to money being tight. But they kept trying to charge my card. That’s when I discovered I signed up for three months. It was my fault for not reading it but it was presented to me as a waiver. Now they are going to try to charge me 100$ just to not go back there. The way they had me do a free class and not properly explain anything was very predatory. Why would i pay them for a service I do not want.
