After receiving an eye exam, I explored frames—for nearly two hours—with a wonderfully helpful assistant. I ended up buying five pairs—for work, fashion, and fun. - LTLouie TranAug 3, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience with the manager at this location. I came in to have my Warby Parker sunglasses adjusted because they arrived crooked. Before I could explain the specific issue, the manager adjusted them, creating a noticeable gap between the frame and temple. When I pointed it out, my concern was dismissed and I was simply told it was “normal” with a negative tone. The adjustment also left one side noticeably looser than the other. Her customer service was extremely disappointing and shocking. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and communication. I ultimately returned the sunglasses and went to Sunglass Hut instead, where the customer service was a much better experience — night and day difference. I value businesses that communicate clearly, provide consistent service, and make customers feel their concerns and business are valued. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here and it’ll be my last time shopping here.

And although I had fun with free try-ons, there was a LOT of waste with the back-and-forth. Enter NOW, a storefront with SO MANY FRAMES! Kat also helped introduce me to their contact lens program (25% off your first order, sourcing major brands) while I was left to try-on endlessly to my heart’s desire! Rafael (in black), Matilda (pink tortoise), or Deepa (sesame tortoise) - how is a girl to choose?! Maybe I don’t have to, at prices 1/3 that of typical optometry…
