  I recently canceled my monthly subscription due to poor scheduling practices and unfair policies. I booked a session specifically with a female flexologist, only to arrive and be told on the spot that I had been reassigned to a male flexologist without any prior notice. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, StretchLab charges a penalty fee. Yet, they can completely change your flexologist disregarding explicit preferences, whenever they want without notifying you. This double standard is incredibly unfair and unprofessional.

  Thank you to Michelle for keeping me able to run my 5ks even with severe knee arthritis. My pain has decreased significantly and I'm feeling stronger too! She's great to work with!

  Stretch Lab deserves 6 stars but Google only lets me choose 5. Definitely a great and progressive journey in caring for your mobility. If you're achy, try it!

  Two sessions in with Michelle at StretchLab and I’m already convinced she’s part flexologist, part detective... She finds knots I didn’t even know existed and has zero sympathy about it! The stretches are great, the results are real, but honestly half the reason I look forward to going is the banter... She keeps the conversation going while casually folding me like a pretzel, which is a talent in itself! If you want someone who’ll loosen you up physically AND crack you up while doing it, book with Michelle... Just don’t expect any mercy on the tight spots!!
